Why should my child see a pediatric dentist instead of a general dentist?
Pediatric dentists have 2 to 3 extra years of training focused only on children. This includes child development, behavior guidance and dental problems unique to kids. The result is gentler care in a place made for children.
How often should my child visit the dentist?
Most kids should visit every 6 months for a checkup and cleaning. Some children may need more frequent visits if they have a higher risk of cavities. Our doctors will recommend the best schedule for your child.
Can I stay with my child during their visit?
Yes! Parents are always welcome in our treatment rooms. We believe you should see every step of your child’s care and be part of every decision.
